Doc My Art is a Milwaukee based photo and video archive of artwork, exhibitions, and performances by local artist.

Images and videos are shot and edited by Cristina Ossers. Credits to the artists and venues are located in the photos’ captions.

Post on the Home page are searchable via Instagram handles.

The Artist

Cristina grew up in Whitewater, WI. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. For one semester she studied in Florence, Italy at Santa Reparata International School of Art. After college, Cristina participated in a year long mentorship through Milwaukee Artist Resource Network.

Today, she is a gallery assistant at Var Gallery and Studios located in Walker’s Point, and continues to explore alternative processes in photography and video.

The Process

All photos and videos are shot on a Nikon D3200. The images are retouched in Adobe Bridge and Adobe Photoshop for light adjustment and color enhancement. Videos are edited in Adobe Premiere.
